Typically this customer satisfaction happens naturally, since we sell great products, choose outstanding prices, ship orders promptly, and respond to questions quickly. This policy is your assurance -- and our commitment -- that if any issue comes up, we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

Your online orders are transmitted to us using secure technology, and processed on our secure Web site. In addition, we do not store your credit card information online, so there is never a chance of thieves ever getting to your sensitive financial information. We are serious about data safety and privacy.
U.S. Orders
- Most orders shipping within the continental U.S. ship within one business day.
- Standard delivery is UPS ground service. Second & next day air service available (U.S. shipments.)
- Standard delivery to parts of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico is priority mode through US postal service (priority mail or 4th class/parcel post rates.)
- Orders shipping via the post office that require insurance (product over $50.00) are shipped twice weekly.
- $20.00 charge for NSF checks.

International
Shipments
- We can fax or email a quote. For

- New rates from UPS allow for more
economical delivery on larger orders with delivery available in
3 - 5 days. Payment can be made via credit
card only. We reserve the right
to request wire transfer of funds especially if we have
experienced a high volume of fraudulent activity in a given
area.
- Canadian Orders ship UPS or Post
Office, depending on which is more economical.
- Orders shipping via the post
office that require insurance (product over $50.00) are shipped
twice weekly
Refunds/Product Returns:

unused product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund
(excluding shipping)
- DVDs must be returned within 3
days of receipt
- We reserve the right not to accept
product that is in poor condition

25% re-stocking fee

may be sold as new - complete warranties with 100% satisfaction

product liability, warranties, or product guarantees beyond
those supplied by our manufacturers.

Shipping:
Weights
- To avoid damaging other products,
weights are shipped separately. Compute total
weight to be shipped and use the chart to determine rate. Up to
60 pounds can ship in one carton. So if 100 pounds are to be
shipped, then you would take the rate for 60 pounds plus the
rate for 40 pounds. Ship cost may vary once packing materials
are added. Shipping cost discounts are available for orders
over 200 pounds - call for a quote!
